Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a private balcony from where you can see the ocean.
It is perfect for relaxing with a nice cocktail!
The Master bathroom that is connected to the Master bedroom~it also has a walkin closet and additional vanity.

Upstairs Bedrooms
The upstairs bedroom also has a view of the pool. It shares a bathroom with the bunk bed room.
Kitchen/Dining
Full size fridge, oven & range, microwave, complete set of pots, pans, plates, silverware and a stocked liquor cabinet. That pretty much sums up the kitchen and dining area.

The Pool
We have pool toys, rafts, and great deck chairs!
There is a fridge in the garage so that refreshments can be a few steps away.

Monday
The Rules!
~No smoking in the house. Smoking is only on the patios or at the pool. Make sure to use ashtrays.
~At the end of the visit, please strip the beds, wash the sheets and towels. Remake any bed that was slept in for the next visitors.
~Please use the outside shower to rinse off upon returning from the beach. Leave sandy shoes on patio.
~Chaise lounges for the pool area are "stored" in the outside shower; put them back at the end of the visit.
~It is the windy season from April thru October in Galveston - we put bungee cords around the grill, smoker, table and chairs on the deck. Please make sure these are in place when you leave the house.
~The doors are storm doors so they have special locks. The instructions are on the inside of the doors but basically, you have to lift the handle and turn the lock to lock them.
~It is considered a complete party foul to not replace the empty bottles. This is especially true when it comes to liquor.
~There are some very nice sculptures in the house~ act accordingly and also please don't move them.
~If you HAVE to move something please return everything to its original location.
